What a job actually costs
The arithmetic for common sizes, at one credit per distinct row. These are upper bounds: identical rows are charged once, and any row that fails is refunded, so a real catalog usually costs less than its row count.
| Distinct rows or reviews | Smallest pack that covers it | Pack price | Credits left over |
|---|---|---|---|
| 500 | Starter | $9 | 1,500 |
| 2,000 | Starter | $9 | 0 |
| 8,000 | Pro | $19 | 2,000 |
| 25,000 | Agency | $49 | 25,000 |
| 50,000 | Agency | $49 | 0 |
Upload the file first. The preview classifies the first 10 rows free and shows the exact credit count for the rest, after duplicates are removed, before any credit is spent.
Credits are taken once, after the file has parsed cleanly, so a malformed file costs nothing. A row that cannot be classified is marked in the output and its credit goes back to your balance.
What is left stays on your account with no expiry date. Output files are kept for 7 days so you can download them again, then deleted.

Questions
What does one credit buy?
One distinct product row in the Bulk Mapper, or one review in the Review Analyzer. Identical rows are charged once: a catalog with the same product in twelve sizes costs one credit for that product, not twelve.
Do credits expire?
No. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and a balance sits there until you use it.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes, and you should. The Finder does 20 single lookups a day with no account. The Bulk Mapper classifies the first 10 rows of your own file for free, with the same engine and the same thresholds as a paid run, and shows the price for the rest before anything is charged.
What happens if a row fails?
It is marked in the output and the credit is refunded. A row we could not classify is a row we did not deliver.
Is there a subscription or a monthly plan?
No. You buy a pack once and spend it at your own pace. There is no plan to cancel and no charge next month unless you choose to buy another pack.
Do the same credits work in both paid tools?
Yes. One balance covers the Bulk Mapper and the Review Analyzer: a credit is one product row in the first and one review in the second.
Which pack should I buy?
Count the distinct rows or reviews you expect to run, including re-runs after edits, and pick the smallest pack that covers them. The worked examples above show the arithmetic for common catalog sizes.
Who handles the payment?
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. They take the payment, handle sales tax and VAT where it applies, and issue the receipt. SellerSort never sees your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded; the refund policy has the specifics. Credits you have already spent have already bought model calls, so those cannot be returned.
