Paste one product title and get the category, its ID and a confidence score.
Three tools
Three stages of the same job
Find one category, map the whole catalog, then read what buyers say about what you sold them.
Google Product Category Finder
Paste a product title. Get the Google product category, its numeric ID, and the full path, with a confidence score you can act on.
Every answer carries a confidence score and its runners-up, so a coin-flip between two sibling categories looks like a coin flip rather than a verdict.
Bulk Category Mapper
Upload a CSV, TSV or XLSX catalog. Get back a Merchant Center supplemental feed, plus a separate file of the rows worth checking by hand.
Identical rows are charged once. You see the exact row count and price after the preview, before anything is spent.
Review Analyzer
Upload or paste reviews. Get topics, sentiment, severity and the specific complaints that keep recurring, without reading all of them.
Counts are computed in code from the model’s per-review judgements, not written by a model. The same file always produces the same summary.
Map a whole catalog, priced before you spend
Upload a CSV, TSV or XLSX. It guesses your columns, you confirm the mapping and choose whether to verify the categories you have or assign new ones. Then it classifies the first ten rows free, on the same engine and thresholds as the full run.
- Drop the export you already have. Columns are matched for you.
- Preview ten rows free, then see the exact price before you spend.
- Run it, then download three files: the full sheet, a feed, and the rows to check.

Shipping & delivery
Arrived nine days late and the box was crushed, but the mug itself is lovely.
Returns & refunds
Handle snapped after two weeks. Asked for a replacement and heard nothing back.
Product quality
Exactly the size I wanted and well made. Second one I have bought.
Read what thousands of reviews actually say
Paste your reviews and pick a label set, or add up to ten labels of your own. The Ecommerce preset covers quality, shipping, price, sizing, service, packaging, returns and durability.
- Sentiment, severity and topics, every count computed in code.
- Topics ranked by negative mentions: the ones worth reading first.
- Three verbatim quotes per topic, so every claim traces to a review.
What is true of all three
The tools do different jobs, but they are built on the same four rules.
Every answer shows its confidence
Nothing is presented as certain when it is not. Each result carries a score and its runner-up, so a close call between two categories looks like a close call rather than a verdict.
Counts are computed, not written
Feeds and review summaries are built in code from typed judgements, so the same input always gives the same output and every number traces back to the row it came from.
You see the price before you spend
Free tiers and previews run the real engine. Credits are one per row, identical rows are charged once, failed rows are refunded, and nothing renews or expires.
You decide what ships
The tools hand you the feed or the labelled file. Submitting it to Merchant Center, or replying to a customer, stays your call.
Who it is for
Built for the people who own the feed
All use casesShopping feed managers
You own the feed, and the category column is the one you cannot fudge. Find the ID, map the catalog and submit the supplemental feed without retyping a path per product.
Agencies & freelancers
You do this across many stores. Credits that never expire suit work that arrives in bursts, and the needs-review file keeps every client hand-off short.
DTC & marketplace sellers
A few hundred SKUs and no data team. Upload the export you already have, get every row categorised, and read only the handful the tool is unsure about.
Indie app & product teams
Thousands of reviews, one support inbox. Label them by topic and severity so you answer the customers who need it and see what keeps breaking.
What a bulk run gives you back
Three files, because the row you can ship and the row you need to look at are different jobs.
| File | Contents | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| full.csv | Every input row with the category, ID, path, confidence and a review flag appended. | Your own records, and re-importing into whatever holds your catalog. |
| supplemental-feed.csv | Only the rows confident enough to submit, with the two columns Merchant Center expects. | Uploading straight to Merchant Center as a supplemental feed. |
| needs-review.csv | The low-confidence rows, with the runners-up beside each one. | Fifteen minutes of your attention, spent where it changes the outcome. |

Questions
What does SellerSort do?
Three tools for Google Shopping sellers: find a product’s Google product category and its numeric ID, map a whole catalog in bulk, and read what thousands of customer reviews actually say, by topic, sentiment and severity.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The category finder is free with no account. The bulk mapper and the review analyzer both run a free preview on real data before you pay, then it is one credit per row.
Do I need an account?
Not to try the finder or the free previews. An account is only for buying credits and downloading the output of a paid run.
How is it priced?
Credits, not a subscription. One credit is one row, identical rows are charged once, a row we cannot answer is refunded, and nothing renews or expires. A one-off cleanup costs a one-off amount.
Do you store my data?
A free pasted run is not stored. A paid upload is kept only so the job can resume and you can download the result, and it is deleted automatically 7 days after the job completes. We never use your data to train models, and TypeSafe, the model provider, states that data sent through its API is not used for training either.
