Use cases
Four jobs, one set of tools
The people who reach for SellerSort do one of four jobs: own a Shopping feed, run feeds for clients, sell from a small store, or ship an app with a review problem. Here is the workflow each one runs, and which tools it leans on.

Each card is the whole workflow in four steps. Open one for the detail: what goes in, what comes out, and where people in that role usually get stuck.
- Shopping feed managersYou own the feed and the category column is the one you cannot fudge. Fill it for every row, ship the confident ones, review the rest.
- Export. Export the catalog as CSV, TSV or XLSX — up to 50,000 rows and 20 MB.
- Map and preview. Confirm the column mapping and read the free 10-row preview.
- Run. Run the full file; the credit count is shown before you start.
- Ship and review. Upload supplemental-feed.csv; work through needs-review.csv.
- Agencies & freelancersMany stores, work in bursts. Credits that never expire, and a needs-review file that keeps every client hand-off short.
- Collect the export. Take the client’s product or review export as it comes.
- Preview free. Check the mapping on ten rows, or paste up to 30 reviews free.
- Run on credits. Spend credits from one balance across every client.
- Hand off. Send the needs-review list or the review summary to the client.
- DTC & marketplace sellersA few hundred SKUs and no data team. Upload the export you have, get every row categorised, read only the few it is unsure of.
- Try the finder. Look up your trickiest products free.
- Upload the export. Run the whole catalog through the Bulk Mapper after a free preview.
- Import the IDs. Write the category column back to your store or Merchant Center.
- Read the reviews. Paste reviews into the Review Analyzer to see what to fix.
- Indie app & product teamsThousands of reviews, one inbox. Label them by topic and severity, answer the ones that need it, see what keeps breaking.
- Export. Download reviews from Play Console, or pull them via the App Store Connect API.
- Choose the app preset. Pick Mobile app, and add your own feature labels if you like.
- Read the summary. Start with the most negative topic and the urgent count.
- Answer and fix. Reply to the flagged reviews; file the recurring bugs.

Questions
Do I need an account to try the tools?
No. The Category Finder does 20 lookups a day and the Review Analyzer takes 30 pasted reviews per run without one. An account is needed to buy credits for full bulk runs.
Which tool should I start with?
If you have one product to place, the Category Finder. If you have a catalog export, upload it to the Bulk Mapper — the first rows are classified free, so you see real output before deciding. If your problem is reviews, the Review Analyzer.
Does SellerSort submit anything to Merchant Center for me?
No. The tools hand you files — a supplemental feed, a labelled review CSV — and uploading or acting on them stays with you.
